M3 Jewelers currently ships within the United States and provides free shipping on all U.S. orders.

We currently ship only to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value required for free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within up to 7 business days before shipment. Carrier transit time begins after an order has been processed and dispatched and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Please review your product, variation, shipping and contact information carefully before completing checkout.

Returns

To request an eligible return, contact M3 Jewelers within 7 days of delivery at queries@m3jewelers.com.

Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return is completed.

Return Review and Refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. If a return is approved, any applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may vary. Customer-paid return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe an item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact queries@m3jewelers.com promptly with your order number and relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
